Lost e-mails

I am so sorry to bother you but my server, Cablevision of Marion County in Florida USA is saying I am not receiving any e-mails because my Spamihilator is not working properly. Please keep in mind that I am an older person and it took me 45 minutes to figure out how to open an account with you. I know some things about the computer but not technical stuff. I am being told that the Spamihilator is removing e-mails from their server. Yesterday an e-mail came in and was in my Recycle bin, I added the sender to my friends list but it never came into my Outlook Express. Can you help me? Thank you so much,

I'm not sure that we can help you from remote, because until now it seems not to be possible to reduce your problem to one specific question.
