How does learn spamihilator read KOI8-UA&RU coding?

Spamihilator can`t read KOI8-UA&RU It`s not good, how can I learn it to do that?

Unfortunately, I do not know that and i do not know what you mean exactly.
Can you explain it in detail or give us an example? Maybe someone else knows more and has a solution.

What Yelik meant is, that the forum software waits for an admin to check the postings of new users before they are shown to everybody. The problem is that we do not receive notifications about postings waiting for the release. That's why it may last some ours, until we are aware of a new posting ... sorry.

There has been no release since January 2010. This tells me that the chance we get this supported is slim to none. А что делать?
